PACER Maintenance, 11/09/2025
PACER systems will undergo maintenance on Sunday, November 9, 2025 , from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET. As a result, certain portions of this site may be temporarily degraded during the maintenance window.
Online payment service interruption, 11/08/2025
Online payment processing will be unavailable on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 6-11 p.m. ET due to scheduled maintenance of the U.S. Treasury's payment processing system.

Retrieve Username
In order to retrieve your PACER username, you will need to provide the email address that you have on file with PACER. In addition to your email, you are required to enter either your account number or your last name, first name and date of birth. If the information you provide matches what PACER has on record, you will receive your username via email. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the PACER Service Center at (800) 676-6856 between 7 AM and 6 PM CT Monday through Friday.
